The passionate mountaineer Julot Faber from Luxemburg fulfilled in 1961 a lifelong dream by participating in a Belgian expedition in Greenland. In a remote area, about 600 kilometres above the Arctic Circle, the group of 9 mountaineers made 11 first ascents. One of the last days, four climbers of the group did not return from their attempt to climb a difficult route of the mountain called "Snepyramiden". A race against time started for the remaining five climbers, hoping to find a sign of life of the missing colleagues.
